Authentication is securely handled through Firebase Authentication. Passwords are not stored directly by Elevated Church.

Member Profile Information

If you sign in as a member, the website displays information from your record in Rock, our church management system. Rock is hosted for us on Microsoft Azure. Depending on what your record contains, this may include:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Mailing address
• Birthday and anniversary
• Gender, marital status, and membership status
• Employer, job title, and education
• Social media handles you have provided
• Ministry interests, giftings, and milestones recorded by church staff

Some of these fields can be edited from the member area. When you save a change, it is written back to your record in Rock.

Much of this information originates from your relationship with the church rather than from the website itself. To review or correct your full record, contact the church office.

Online giving on our website is processed through an embedded giving platform provided by EasyTithe.

When making a donation:

• payment information is entered directly into EasyTithe's system,
• Elevated Church does not store full payment card information on our website,
• donations are subject to EasyTithe's own privacy and security practices.

We encourage you to review EasyTithe's privacy policy before submitting payment information.

We use analytics and advertising tools to help us understand website usage and improve communication.

These tools may collect information such as:

• pages visited,
• browser/device information,
• IP address,
• referral sources,
• general geographic region,

• cookies or similar tracking technologies.

However:

• no internet transmission is completely secure,
• no electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

We encourage users to avoid submitting sensitive personal, medical, or financial information through general website contact forms.

Where information is stored

Member records are held in Rock, our church management system, which is hosted for us on Microsoft Azure. Sign-in credentials are managed by Google Firebase Authentication. Website content is stored in Sanity, and inquiries submitted through our forms are delivered to church staff through Slack.

Each of these providers maintains its own security practices and privacy commitments.

Our website is intended for a general audience and is not directed toward children under 13 without parental involvement.

Parents or guardians should supervise any information submitted by minors through the website.
