Caleb Ford

Caleb Ford serves as the Youth Pastor at Elevated Church, where his heart is to see middle and high school students become fully alive to God—leaving behind sin, empty identities, and old patterns as they grow in confidence as sons and daughters of God. He believes God is both willing and able to save, deliver, and continually transform every teenager, and that God-centered community plays an important role in creating space for that kind of growth.

Caleb leads Elevated Youth and carries pastoral responsibility for the students and families connected to the ministry. He also equips and empowers a team of Youth Leaders to walk closely with students, helping them encounter God, grow in faith, and learn what it looks like to live as a light in the world around them. Beyond youth ministry, Caleb continues to serve in worship and technology, areas that have been part of his story at Elevated for years.

Elevated has been Caleb’s church home since he was three years old. He began serving in sound and production in 2016, became a Youth Leader in 2019, joined the church’s full-time staff as Tech Director in 2021, and stepped into the Youth Pastor role in August 2023.

Caleb married his wife, Justine, in October 2025. She serves alongside him as a Youth Leader, mentors female students, and plays a meaningful role in the life of Elevated Youth. Their story together has been deeply marked by the faithfulness of God. Both were raised in church, wandered in their late teens and early twenties, and experienced the grace of God drawing them back to Himself. Outside of ministry, Caleb loves music, while Justine loves coffee. Together they enjoy caring for their home, playing board games, and spending time with friends and family.
